Welcome
Hello! I’m Jason Hutchinson, a Lead Developer at Rightpoint and graduate student in Software Engineering at UT Arlington. I build secure, scalable backend systems and AI-powered tools on Azure and am always looking for new ways to bring intelligence into the software I design.
What I Do
I specialize in architecting distributed systems and agentic AI applications. Day to day, that looks like:
- Building robust APIs in C#/.NET and Python/FastAPI across Azure cloud infrastructure
- Designing serverless tools on Azure Functions that power AI agents for document generation, BI automation, and enterprise integration
- Orchestrating LLM-driven workflows with LangChain, Google ADK, and protocols like A2A and MCP
- Collaborating with stakeholders to turn complex business problems into scalable, production-ready solutions
What I’m Building
- Core Power — A full-stack AI chat platform for Sitecore developers, powered by FastAPI, LangChain, and ChromaDB for retrieval-augmented generation
- Health Care Intranet — A secure .NET API aggregating Workday and ServiceNow data for 33,000+ employees with React/SPFx interfaces
- Werewolf Agent Evaluation — A multi-agent orchestration system for UC Berkeley’s competitive AI challenge using Google ADK and A2A
Research
I’m pursuing my M.S. in Software Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus in Intelligent Systems. My research interests include:
- LLM alignment and safety
- Neural networks and deep learning
- Software agents and tool calling
