Project Description
The goal of this project was to create an automated system capable of ingesting large summaries of KPI variance explanations, summarize with AI agent, inject into Power Point deck, and finally deliver these generated decks to individual users and groups.
Originally, this was a manual process that required someone to go find all the relevant data and manually put together this deck + send it out to people. Not only did this system automate that entire process (saving hours of work), it also opened the door for more personalized insights by introducing a system flexible enough to satisfy a wide range of user requests.

Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflow for KPI variance data retrieval, summarization + document generation, and delivery via Teams and Outlook.
- Develop & Deploy .NET API on Azure Services acting as the agents tool layer allowing it to programmatically generate PPT decks and save to SharePoint.
- Configure Power Automate flows to orchestrate workflow execution and comms delivery.
- Provide estimates on token consumption and how various aspects of the workflow could impact month cost.
